Law firm “Ivanova & Co.” was founded 24 years ago in the city of Bourgas. Our clients are bulgarian and foreign companies and nationals.
The main areas of activity of The Firm is providing advice and court representation in labor, commercial and business, tax, family, real estate and contract Law.
The Firm was founded by s.as. PhD Radostina Ivanova, who teaches at the Bourgas Free University and specializes in labor law.
From 2002-2004 Radostina Ivanova was Deputy Governor of Burgas, and from 2004 to 2005 she was an adviser of the Minister of Regional and Urban Development. From 2006 Ivanova teaches at the Bourgas Free University and manages the Law Firm "Ivanova & Co.”.
Radostina Ivanova provides advice in the areas of commercial law and contractual law, employment law and property law. She also advise clients on public-private partnership concession of state and municipal property and municipal law.
